Your tasks
  • Be responsible for the check-in and check-out of guests
  • Accept reservations
  • Carry out all reception activities during the shift
  • Dealing with all enquiries and looking after guests
  • Actively offer guests the hotel's products
  • Manage the cash desk
  • Convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to guests at all times
Your profile
  • Completed training as a hotel and catering assistant and relevant work experience
  • A competent and cordial demeanour
  • A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and colleagues
  • A high level of initiative and sales talent
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • A sincere guest and service orientation
  • Good written and spoken English skills
