Your tasks as Assistant Groups & Event Coordinator (m/f/d)
  • Answering telephone enquiries
  • Administrative assistance to the management, restaurant management and event management
  • Processing event enquiries and preparing offers and contracts
  • Handing over to the service & kitchen once the event contract has been finalised
  • Creating the function sheets
  • Internal communication of all event-related details
  • Close cooperation and coordination of prices with the operations manager to ensure optimum capacity utilisation and profit maximisation
Your profile as Assistant Groups & Event Coordinator (m/f/d)
  • Desirable: completed training as a hotel specialist, event manager or similar, alternatively comparable qualification
  • Desirable: experience and knowledge of the hotel software protel
  • Very good communication skills and knowledge of human nature
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • High level of motivation & ability to work in a team
  • Organisational talent
